The evolution of the technical edge.

Moving beyond the basics of installation to master the "why" behind the code. This week was about crushing volume, refining calculation precision, and cementing technical authority. Whether it’s Article 225 feeders or the physics of fault paths, the goal remains the same: total systems knowledge.

Still actively pushing for the right fit in Central MA / Worcester County. Resume and references are locked, loaded, and live on the site.

⚡ This Week’s Focus

📚 370 Code Questions (The Math Grind) Speed-drilling at 53 questions/day. Moving from simple circuit analysis into heavy hitters: voltage drop, fault current, transformer protection, and OCPD sizing.
⚡ The "Professional Savage" Standard: Taking a hard stance on NEC 110.3(B). If the manufacturer listing says it, that's the law—field hearsay doesn't hold weight here.
🧠 The Electrician’s Knowledge Iceberg Layer 9 was reached. We are 75% of the way through this project. Once the final layers drop, expect a pivot to long-form, deep-dive study archives.
📲 Content & Community Evolution Optimizing the 3x/day post schedule. Transitioning the NECchat.com community from weekly quizzes to interactive, deep-dive conversational breakdowns.
🔁 Daily Routine (The Foundation)
- 3-4 Hours Daily: Focused NEC study + Journaling (tracking gaps, not just hours).
- Technical Deep Dives: Currently dissecting Article 225 (Outside Branch Circuits/Feeders).
- Educational Rotation: Actively catching up on Thomas Domitrovich’s "Shock Week" and Ryan Jackson’s "100 Days of Changes."
