Being featured does not automatically mean the individual is:

• A sponsor.

• A commercial partner.

• An advertiser.

• An endorsed business.

If a Featured Sparky also has a separate commercial relationship with JoshTheSparky.com, that relationship will be disclosed when applicable.

7. Products or Services Provided by Sponsors

A sponsor may provide JoshTheSparky.com with products, equipment, software, services, educational resources, or other materials.

Receiving a product or service does not automatically guarantee favorable coverage.

When a provided product or service materially influences the content or creates a disclosure obligation, the relationship will be disclosed.

8. Sponsored Content and Editorial Independence

• Is relevant to electricians, apprentices, students, educators, or the broader electrical industry.

• Meets the standards described in the JoshTheSparky Network Policy.

JoshTheSparky.com reserves the right to decline sponsorship opportunities that do not meet these standards.

12. Our Standard

The guiding principle remains:

Trust from the electrical community is more valuable than any individual sponsorship.

We will prioritize transparency, usefulness, honesty, and educational value when evaluating sponsored relationships.

13. Changes to This Disclosure

This Sponsorship Disclosure & Transparency policy may be updated as JoshTheSparky.com develops new sponsorship formats, partnerships, platforms, or promotional opportunities.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
