I’m a training electrician apprentice focused on mastering the trade while documenting and sharing the journey along the way. Since starting in the field, I’ve gained 200+ hours of commercial electrical experience, giving me real-world exposure that I can now carry into my next projects and jobsite situations.

I’m motivated and committed to continuing my development as an electrician. From studying electrical theory and the National Electrical Code to gaining hands-on field experience, I’m constantly working to expand my knowledge, improve my skills, and learn how to do the job safely, correctly, and to a high standard.

I’m currently completing my 5th of 8 modules at Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School in Charlton through the Electrical Journeyman Code Night Class program. This marks my 3rd year of a 4-year educational path, based on classroom instruction alone. Alongside my education, I’m building practical field experience and continuing to pursue certifications, training, and additional educational opportunities that will help me become the most knowledgeable and capable electrician I can be.

Looking for My Next Opportunity

I’m currently seeking an opportunity with a licensed Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician who can properly sponsor and document my Massachusetts apprentice hours. I’m looking to continue accumulating the hours required toward my Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license while gaining more diverse experience in the field.

With 200+ hours of commercial experience already under my belt, I’m especially interested in an opportunity closer to the Charlton / Central Massachusetts area, including residential electrical work.

Residential work interests me because of the variety involved—from troubleshooting and diagnostics to installations, repairs, service work, and dealing with the different situations that can arise on a job. I believe expanding beyond my initial commercial experience will help me become a more well-rounded electrician and better prepare me for the challenges of the trade.

I now have a foundation of classroom education, hands-on training, and documented field experience that I can build upon. I’m ready to take that experience into my next opportunity, learn from experienced electricians, and continue developing the skills necessary to do the job right.

I also have reliable transportation and am willing to continue taking whatever educational courses, certifications, or training are necessary to elevate my knowledge and skill set.
