🗓️APRIL 5, 2026
This week was definitely a grind, but I handled what needed to get done—so I can actually slow down a bit and enjoy the Easter weekend. I hope everyone has a great holiday. You already know I’ll be right back to studying as soon as it’s over.
In class, we went over several code violations, which helped reinforce a lot of practical understanding. I’ve also been working through a test packet (about 30 questions), and I’m close to wrapping that up. On my own time, I spent a good amount of effort reviewing box fill calculations and conductor equivalents—and it finally feels like Article 314 is starting to click, especially the sections that really matter in the field.
I’ll admit I went a little overboard with posting this week, but I had a lot on my mind and wanted to get it out. Next week should be a bit more balanced as I shift focus into grounding and bonding in my night classes. I’m looking forward to diving into that—especially since I’ve got some solid resources from Fast Trax System lined up to help me stay ahead.
Here’s what went down this week.
