Electrical connections must be:
✔ Properly made using suitable terminals and connectors
✔ Installed according to manufacturer requirements
✔ Properly torqued when torque specifications are provided
✔ Compatible with conductor materials and equipment
Mixed metals require the correct terminals and connection methods to prevent failures.
⚡ Most electrical failures start at the connection point.
⚡ Torque specifications are part of proper installation.
⚡ A tight-looking connection doesn't always mean a correct connection.
